Starting Solids

Ellie & Rose got a chance to taste some real food today. Mommy blended up some mango. Ellie & Rose weren't so sure they liked it, but we think they will get the hang of it soon. Adam & I had fun trying to feed them.

6-Month Visit to the Doctor

Ellie & Rose had their 6-month visit to the doctor today. They are doing great and are ready to start solids!

Here are their current stats (the percentiles are based on singleton babies): They are slowly catching up to the average singleton babies their age.

Weight: 13 lbs., 8 oz. / 9% (up from 12 lbs., 2 oz/12% 4 months old)
Height: 25" / 25% (23.8"/23%)
Head Circ: 41.8 cm / 32% (40.5 cm/28%)

Rose
Weight: 13 lbs., 5 oz. / 7% (up from 12 lbs., 0 oz. /11% 2 months old)
Height: 25.3" / 35% (24" / 29%)
Head Circ: 41.8 cm / 32% (40.5 cm / 28%)

Enjoying the warm weather

We enjoyed the warm weather and our day off for MLK Jr. day. Ellie & Rose loved watching me & Adam playing!

Ellie started rolling from her back to her tummy this past week!

Luke's Birthday Party

Adam and I went to Luke's house for his birthday party. There was a bouncer, pony rides, petting zoo and face painting! We had so much fun.
