We went to Crystal Cove for a beach day today. We found baby sand crabs in the sand. Adam enjoyed riding the waves on his boogie board. We had a yummy lunch at the Beachcomber Cafe with s'mores for lunch! Back at the hotel we went in the pool and I tried some shoulder stands on Rachel.
We started the day with a visit to our favorite park in Laguna Beach. We also went to the beach and then met our cousins at Islands for dinner!
After a snack at Starbucks, we walked over to Zoomars Petting Zoo. There are so many fun things to do there! They have a huge pen full of guinea pigs. We loved petting and feeding them. Adam decided to pan for stones. Ellie, Rose and I chose to do pony rides. There is also a pit of corn that we played in. We could have stayed there all day- we loved the animals SO much! We went to Ruby's for lunch and got some cool balloons from a balloon twister there. We ended the day with a swim at the hotel pool.
We decided to visit San Juan Capistrano for the first time. We started our visit at the Mission. The landscaping is so beautiful! We got to learn what life was like for the Europeans who first lived in California. We also got to see the ruins of the church.
