Me and Mom took Dad out for a Father's Day breakfast at Mel's Diner. I like walking down to Mel's. We hadn't been there in a long time. I had some fruit, scrambled egg, hash browns, english muffin and a few bites of french toast. Yum. There was a lot of fun stuff to look at so I dragged Dad along for a walk around the place.
Before breakfast we gave Dad our gifts. I made him a shirt and tie with a little poem attached and Mom got Dad some great books to read me at storytime!
