We went to the neighborhood pumpkin patch today to pick out a pumpkin to carve next weekend.

So many pumpkins in so many different sizes!
I took Anna into the petting zoo to show her all of the "dogs" and "ducks". She told me which ones were goats, which ones were sheep and which ones were chickens.
They had giant rocking horses-
I even convinced Anna to go for a ride! Weeee!
Finally it was time to pick a pumpkin! This one??? 
How about this one??? 
Here it is- the perfect pumpkin!
I had to call in for back-up to help lift it up!
Picking pumpkins is dirty work, but someone has to do it!
